He saw to it that the 6th. Schedule was given a burial of sorts. The people of Darjeeling must appreciate this act. Subhash Ghising's autocratic ways and means were well known. Mr. Bimal Gurung took major risks to oust the despot but he cannot go it alone. Therefore it is in the best interests of the Gorkhas to give him support and help in whatever way possible. Articles like the one provided by Mr. P.P.Gurung will help us in arguing the Gorkhland demand at an intellectual level where violent means is not taken cognizance of. It provides us with material and evidence which proves that Gorkhaland is not a new phenomenon.
