Nepal police break up Tibet protests, 118 held

KATHMANDU (Reuters) - Hundreds of protesters calling for independence for Tibet protested in the Nepali capital of Kathmandu on Friday, and police said they took 118 demonstrators into custody for organizing anti-China demonstrations.
Many were Tibetan exiles shouting “We want free Tibet” slogans. They burned an effigy of the Chinese President Hu Jintao near a consular office of the Chinese embassy in the Nepali capital.
They were then hauled into police vans and trucks and taken to detention centers. A police official said they would be freed later on Friday.
Tibetans have protested regularly in Nepal since the deadly Chinese crackdown on riots in Lhasa and other parts of Tibet in mid-March.
More than 20,000 Tibetans still live in Nepal since fleeing their homeland after a failed uprising against Beijing in 1959.

Please dont take to hard stand against TIBETIAN peoples….India & Nepal Govt. should show sympathy to them….We know you are maoist but please dont become a pet dog of chinese govt.
They have occupied Tibet and their next target it Bhutan and your country Nepal,….they have already started intrusion in Butan along Chumi valley…

It’s a serious threat to INDIA as all our neighbours like Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmer are becoming dogs govt. of Chinese…….Now Srilanka has entered in this dog show….
Chinese Govt. is trying to sorrounding INDIAN border by influencing our neighbour contries…That is a biggest threat of us….

this so called nepali leaders like prachand, bimal/roshan or ghishing are so corrupt and communal that no civil society allowed them . nepal is one of the poorest country but their leader ride in pijaro. similarly, bimal having six cars, numerous wife etc. and dont mention about ghishing, he looted all the govt money for darjeeling.

Thank you Jyoti for supporting my view….even our Govt. should conscious about that….India have lot of fund and engineers…India should help our neighbours to build proper infrastructure…..India should not allow chinese Govt. to interfere in our country

What to do if Nepal has become Maocrazy? or at least the new leaders and their unsuspecting followers. You must have read that the Indian govt was mighty shocked when they swept the elections. They were caught napping. WE did not take even take note when an anti-India fever was building in Nepal about India’s stepbrotherly treatment and big boss attitudes. WE are so caught up internal politics that there is no time to think of other things. China is laughing while in India all the Haathis, haaths, hammer and sickles, cycles, lanterns, lotuses are totally occupied and obsessed with each other in all their working hours.
It is obvious that China is helping Nepal which is glad for it.

India has helped these countries before….then why Govt. is silent now??…Govt. should realise…
\India Govt. knows that chinese PLA and Pakis ISI are giving support to anti indian elements taking place in these neighbour nations….
India should come out with its BIG BOSS image and should extend her helping hand…..

Bhutan:
Go for a TRIP of a week as a TOURIST. You will understand by attitude shown to you by Educated (in India on Indian Scholarship) lot. But locals are pretty fine and accomodative.
Nepal:
They HATE Indians!!! What more HELP do you think India can EXTEND? I think its time that George Fernadese shall be FM again. Kerosene was NR 100/- per ltr. when he tried to FIX them but BJP lost confidence motion. Ex-PM KOIRALA agreed that he printed FAKE 500/ IRS. Notes. What steps GOI took? Had it been ISRAEL he would have been ELIMINATED.
Next time I will let you know about rest of our Neighbours if you are intrested.

1.Afganistan:
Kandahar plane Hijack incident took place during Pakistan Aided Taliban regiem. ISI and Laskar Ee Taiba was behind of this tragic incident.It’s the failure of our intelligence(RAW) to understand what was going to happen.But after American attack with the help of Nother Alliance (Massod & Dostum Tazic group)on Afganistan our enemy Taliban has lost its ground and now they are hiding with their father Osama in Torabora hill region….New Govt. has been set up (Mr. Hamid Karzai’s govt.)…..New Govt. is very much friendly with India rather than Pakistan (though they believe in same religion)……India should take this opportunity and show them more and more generous as it will dampen the Terrorist outfits on Kashmir….
You have raised one point regarding last week bomb blast in Indian Ambessy…..What do you think?? who has attacked? …That attack was planned by ISI it is clear to all now…because Pakistan is not at all happy with India’s presence in Afganistan……..
Just think about that our engineering companies are getting huge contracts to build the infrastructures there……(we are helping others but it doesn’t mean our construction companies are doing those with free of fund) , then why should we fold our hand inside like a stupid??
2.Bhutan: When I was in Jalpaiguri (as a student) in 2001 I went Bhutan…peoples are nice and frank…I liked them…But I didn’t get a chance to meet with Indian officials…So I’m sorry without knowing the things I cant comment on it……But as per my concern 30% of the Electricity produced at Chuka Hydel Power Station will be given back to India…so India is also getting help from Bhutan after investing a huge fund on them….
3.You have written Nepal hates India…..is it?? If it is true then I’m very sad for their attitute towards us….we always believe Nepal is our friend country…..But personally I hate maoist and their leader Pracanda (Dog of China Govt.)…….But late king “Maharaja Birendra” was a great friend of India that I believe….
I cant comments on your question regarding ‘Fake currency’ printed by Mr. Girija koirala….I’m totally in dark about it…..But congress govt. (Indian congress) could have taken some step to crack down maoist outfits in Nepal and helped the ‘King”……It was a major blunder that India has made …..Now India has no other choice ,it should extend its helping hand to Mr, Dog (Pracanda)’s new govt. Atleast their peoples will understand us and hatred toward us will come down…..
4. Bangladesh: it’s a radical muslim country(but not like afganistan), personally I dont believe these muslims …most of them are connected to terrorist outfits…..there are some terror camps are also exist in Bangladesh…so I strongly oppose any help towards Bangladesh….If Mrs Sheik hasina elects as a PM of Bangladesh then only India should think of help…..as Sheik Hasina has always friendly attitute towards India….
5. Myanmer: Coco island which was a part of India was gifted by Pandit Nehru to Myanmer Govt. in 1948 for the shake of friendship…..Do you know that Chinese Govt. has already set up a major Sub Marine station at coco island and interfering Indian Ocean teritory which is very near to our Andaman and Nicobar Island???……If India stay inactive still now then our northeastrn part will be under major threat…….But recently (probably 1yr back) Govt. stand towards Junta Govt. of Myanmer has been changed…..and results of it we all have noticed……there is a drastic reduction of terror outfits in whole NE (as their supply has been cut off from Myanmer)….
6. Well if you want to know why we need to support ‘Srilanka and “Maldeep’…then write me…I will clear it to you….
P.S: By the way i’m little confused after going through your writing actually what do you want to say??? Should India Help others or not???……Even I’m confused you have written ” Have anyone has lost life from your family in war???”"…I’m confused….I’m not saying that India should fight with American forces everywhere…..by d way leave it….
